Emma Garrahy: Emma grew up in Oroville, CA, and began performing at a young age in local theater.  Upon meeting Will during grade-school, she began singing professionally. Emma earned her master's degree from California State University, Chico in 2026 and is now a licensed speech language pathologist, female lead singer of the band Decades, and vocalist/rhythm guitarist of the Emma & Will duo. 

Will Hartman: Will Hartman is a multi-instrumentalist born in Reno, NV, who grew up in Oroville, CA. He began learning guitar at age 9, started his first band at 12, and wrote his first song just before turning 13. Will is pursuing a B.A. in Applied Music, B.A. in Recording Arts, and B.S. in Electrical Engineering at California State Univeristy, Chico. He is an audio engineer for the band Decades and vocalist/lead guitarist of the Emma & Will duo
